was founded in 1995,formerly known as Xihu (West Lake) Dis. Rolling Mill Manufacturer.In 2001,merged with Xihu (West Lake) Dis. Bangtou Mill Roll Manufacturer. In 2008,we focused on continuous casting and rolling production line equipment. In 2011,the company reorganized and established FU EPT HangZhou EPT MACHINERY MANUFACTURING CO.,LTD ,which engaged in metallurgical equipment,mainly in steel-making,continuous casting and complete rolling production line research and development,design,manufacturing, installation and general contracting services.

Main products: all kinds of specifications continuous casting machines, rolling production line equipment and various auxiliary equipment, also the spare parts. Besides, we provide technical consultant, turnkey solution and one-stop service for steel plant of deformed rebar , wire rod , angle bar, channel beam, strip and other steel related production line. The Solution was based on the customer request, such as annual capacity from 30,000 tons to over 800,000 tons, rolling speed from 3 m/s to 90 m/s.

Introduction: 
1. HS series slurry pump is designed for the continuous pumping of high abrasive, high density slurries with minimal maintenance requirements. The wearing parts are made of ultra chrome or and rubber. It will maintain high efficiency over the wear life of its components. 

2. The metal wet parts and rubber ones can be interchangeable for handling different liquids or slurries.

3. HS slurry pumps are available in sizes ranging from 1 inch to 18 inch discharge and feature high efficiency performance capable of flow rates from 10.8 to 5400 m³/h and heads up to 125 meters for high head models. 

Features:
1. Cylindrical structure of bearing assembly: convenient to adjust the space between impeller and front liner
and can beremoved completely;
2. Interchangeable anti-abrasive wet parts made of high-chrome alloys;
3. Casing halves of ductile iron with external reinforcing ribs provide high operating pressure capabilities
and an extra measure of safety.
4. The discharge branch can be oriented to any eight positions at the interval of 45 degrees;
5. Various drive types: DC(direct connection), V-belt drive, gear box reducer, hydraulic couplings, VFD,
SCR control, etc;
6. The shaft seal uses the packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal

EPT High Precision Custom Hollow Shaft
The shaft is a kind of mechanical transmission, which transmits mechanical torque. There is a longitudinal keyway on the outer surface of the shaft, and the rotating member sleeved on the shaft also has a corresponding keyway, which can keep rotating synchronously with the shaft. While rotating, some can also slide longitudinally on the shaft, such as gearbox shifting gears.

to grade 6~5.

4. Installation: Foot-mounted, flange, torque arm and so on; Output type: Solid shaft, hollow shaft and can choose to
add one-key, spline, or shrink disc connection. Input Model: Directly connected with motor, flange input or shaft input.
